Bellevue Waterfront Homes

Bellevue waterfront homes are incredible.  Located on either Lake Washington or Lake Sammamish, Bellevue waterfront homes offer both the convenience of the city and the beauty of the country.

One would be unable to find a Bellevue waterfront home that is not universally recognized as gorgeous.  Typically built at over 3,000 square feet (and oftentimes at 4, 5, 6, or 7,000), these houses embody the qualities most people have only dreamed of in a house.  Bellevue waterfront homes are usually covered in windows, allowing residents to watch beautiful sunrises over Lake Sammamish or the purple sunsets and sparkling Seattle lights over Lake Washington.  Since Bellevue waterfront homes are generally built on large lots, residents never have to worry about a lack of privacy.

Personal docks, enormous porches, and unbelievable landscaping are staples of Bellevue waterfront homes.  Of course, the incredible yards are too impressive not to share; homeowners can often be found hosting private parties, weddings, or even political fundraisers on their yachts or in their backyards.

Residents of Bellevue waterfront homes have quick access to all the city's amenities, too.  Important freeways are just minutes north, east, and south of Lake Washington houses, perfect for commuters or frequent travelers to Seattle.  In fact, Bellevue waterfront homes are in a rare location that puts them within minutes of not just one but two vital routes into the heart of Seattle - Interstate 90 and State Highway 520.

As one would expect, Bellevue waterfront homes aren't cheap; prices start around one million dollars (though smart shoppers may be able to find more affordable ones).   However, while this may seem steep, purchasing a Bellevue waterfront home is one of the best investments a person could make.  The city is becoming more and more desirable, and real estate values are increasing accordingly.   As waterfront property becomes more difficult to find, the worth of Bellevue waterfront homes are likely to raise as a faster pace than other property in town.

Essentially, Bellevue waterfront homes take luxury to another level.  To learn how to make your Bellevue real estate dream a reality, contact the Home4Investment real estate team.  For a smaller town feel try seraching for Bellingham Real Estate

Issaquah homes for sale

Issaquah homes, like Issaquah itself, are becoming increasingly desirable.  The close-nit community, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere make Issaquah homes the perfect place to live.

The affordability of Issaquah homes makes them some of the most desirable housing in the region.  In July of 2007, nearby Bellevue's median home price was approximately $699,000, Sammamish's was $765,000, and Redmond's was $625,000.  The median price of Issaquah homes in that same time period, however, was only $489,000 - hundreds of thousands of dollars cheaper than houses in neighboring towns, and yet only a few minutes away.

The town's location is one of Issaquah's many perks.  Close to the big cities as well as nature, everyone is just minutes away from their dream environment.   Technology workers, for example, can make the quick commute to Microsoft in Redmond on weekdays and hike at Squak Mountain State Park on weekends.  All Issaquah homes are within a short distance of the main driving routes, too, providing all residents (not just some) with such convenience.

Issaquah homes have been built over the last century, giving buyers many options when it comes to age, style, and price.   However, most construction in the area began in the 1980's after the Microsoft boom.  As a result, a vast majority of Issaquah homes are quite modern.   Development is still going strong today, with individual houses and entire neighborhoods still being constructed.  Buyers looking for brand-new Issaquah homes will be thrilled with their selection.

The town's neighborhoods have an atmosphere that is welcoming and comfortable to everyone.  Sidewalks, tree-lined streets, and quiet cul-de-sacs are perfect for children, and the town's low crime-rate allows parents to feel comfortable with their kids playing outside.   Of course, young families by no means dominate the city.  Many recent graduates reside in Issaquah, taking advantage of the town's closeness to major companies and relative affordability.   Retirees also love peace and quiet of Issaquah homes, as well as the town's many recreational activities.

As more and more residents discover this gem of a town, Issaquah homes are guaranteed to rapidly increase in value.   Thus, now is the best time to invest in an Issaquah home.  To learn about Issaquah's many benefits and Issaquah real estate opportunities, contact the Home4Investment real estate team.  If you would like a smaller town feel try searching for Bellingham WA Real Estate

Sammamish Waterfront Homes

Sammamish waterfront homes are the best of the best.  They boast the most beautiful neighborhood in one of the most desirable cities in the state.   Residents of Sammamish waterfront homes are living their dreams (or, at the very least, living in their dreams).

Located on the east side of Lake Sammamish, these houses are in the heart of quiet, tranquil nature, while still being minutes away from the city's amenities.  Unlike Lake Washington to the west, Lake Sammamish is not always noisy with ferries, crowded bridges, and other activities.  Lake Sammamish truly is an oasis in the middle of a non-stop urban environment.

Sammamish waterfront homes reflect the peacefulness of the lake.  Spacious and well-designed, residents love waking up every morning to relaxing comfort.   Large kitchens and open living rooms are perfect for parties and entertaining.  The even larger yards are often used for weddings and other gatherings, and the enormous lots allow for privacy between neighbors.

The lake often laps directly into the backyard of these incredible Sammamish waterfront houses.  Personal docks are common, and children, grandchildren, and lifelong swimmers love to take advantage of the calm, clean lake.   Almost all Sammamish waterfront homes boast immaculate landscaping, oftentimes done by homeowners who have a passion for gardening.  Fountains, exotic plants, and even miniature orchards are not rare around these magnificent Sammamish waterfront homes.

Residents agree that these Sammamish waterfront homes are worth their one, two, or three million dollar price tags.   In July of 2007, the median price for a Sammamish house was $765,000, so owning a house for one million dollars in this desirable town's premier spot is a steal.  Plus, since waterfront property in the region is getting harder and harder to come by, Sammamish waterfront homes are likely to increase in value faster than other houses in the area.

Due to the low-density zoning of the area, Sammamish waterfront homes are rarer than other types of housing.  Thus, buyers need to be well-prepared when looking for a Sammamish waterfront home.  To have the most hardworking, knowledgeable realtors at your side and to learn about Sammamish Real Estate, contact the Home4Investment real estate team.  If you are looking for another amazing area try searching for Bellingham WA Real Estate

Is it a bad time to sell a home in Bellingham?

I have been reading the Bellingham Herald for years.  Watching the news and listening to people talk about how bad the Bellingham real estate market is.  So I thought I would take this opportunity to vent and share some facts.

Here is the bottom line!  Bellingham homes are still selling and the average selling prices are up for the year.  So where is all of the fear and drama coming from?   The biggest problem we have is that there are 3 times the amount of homes on the market compared to 2 years ago.

The secret to selling a home in the Bellingham Real Estate market is to make sure that your home stands out amongst the huge amount of housing inventory.  There are three factors that determine if a home will sell in our market.  How is the home priced, how well does the home show, and how aggressive the home is marketed.  If any one of the three factors are not correct you will not be able to sell your home for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time.

When you decide that you want to sell try to avoid the media and try to hire an agent that understands the economy and the Bellingham Real Estate market.  If you hire someone that is optimistic and realistic you have won half of the battle.  Happy Selling and stay tuned for pricing, staging, and marketing recommendations!
