Issaquah Condominiums

Issaquah condominiums are some of the hottest real estate on the market.  The great location and affordability make Issaquah condominiums more popular everyday.

Most Issaquah condominiums are located at the southern end of Lake Sammmish, just minutes away from Interstate 90.   Living in this neighborhood has several benefits.  First, residents are just a quick drive from the busiest cities in the state.  Microsoft employees are a short drive from the corporation's 300-acre campus in Redmond, shoppers will be in heaven at upscale Bellevue Square, and urbanites of every kind will love being so close to Seattle.

The low cost of Issaquah condominiums leaves plenty of money for commuting, shopping, and playing in the city.   With prices starting in the low $200,000's, Issaquah condominiums are hundreds of thousands of dollars cheaper than surrounding single-family homes.  (Compare that to the median house price of Issaquah homes at $489,000 or nearby Bellevue homes at $699,000, and it is even easier to pay $200,000.)

Issaquah Real Estate, King County, WABuyers need not sacrifice much for the low price of Issaquah condominiums.  Some Issaquah condominiums boast well over 2,000 square feet, the same size as many homes in the surrounding area.   Even the average sized units - usually somewhere around 1,400 square feet - are quite spacious for condos.  Plus, the smart layouts of Issaquah condominiums make them feel even bigger.

The newer Issaquah condominiums tend to be larger than ones built a few decades ago, and the trend of increasing size is likely to continue in the future.   This is because fewer and fewer Issaquah condominium buyers are looking at these units as "starter homes."  Instead, residents often plan on living in them for decades.   The movement has resulted in better quality units than ever, from layout to interior design to appliances.

Some older units boast similarly impressive quality, however.  Most Issaquah condominiums were built after the Microsoft boom, so condo styles reflect those of the 1980's, 1990's, and the past decade's.   This allows for quite a selection when it comes to buying an older, usually more affordable unit.

Whether you're looking for a first home, retirement spot, or lifelong abode, Issaquah condominiums are worth checking out.   To learn more about Issaquah Real Estate, contact the Home4Investment team.  If your curious about other amazing markets check out some Bellingham WA real estate!

Mukilteo Homes

Mukilteo homes are some of the most desirable on the market.  With the town's name meaning "good camping spot", one can trust that the area has been a wonderful place to live for centuries.

Mukilteo homes make perfect use of the town's excellent location.  With sparkling Puget Sound to the west and bustling Everett and Interstate 5 to the east, residents of Mukilteo homes have quick access to nature, jobs, and amenities.  Many residents work right in the affluent town, while others drive a few, short minutes to an Everett job.  Others commute 35 minutes to Seattle.  (In fact, as real estate prices have increased drastically in and around Seattle, more and more people are choosing to live in beautiful Mukilteo homes they would be unable to afford in King County.

TMukilteo Fishing Dock with ferryhe town's waterfront location ensures that even those who cannot afford to live directly on Puget Sound are never more than few minutes from the coast, and a high percentage of Mukilteo homes boast magnificent views.  Hundreds of the town's back porches face the shining sea waves, colorful sunsets, and local ferry that connects the town to Whidbey Island.

These incredible Mukilteo homes can be found at quite reasonable prices.  As of July, 2007 (when this article was written), the median price of a Mukilteo home was $519,900.   This figure includes even the most extraordinary waterfront mansions.  Quality single-family houses can be found in the low-$300,000's, while condominiums and townhouses often sell for even less.   These numbers are especially attractive to those interested in commuting to Seattle.  (In comparison, Redmond - a town that boasts minimal waterfront and only a slightly shorter commute to Seattle - has a median price of $625,000, and Sammamish - another residential suburb 25 minutes from Seattle - currently has a median price of $765,000.)

The town's houses are far from the cookie-cutter styles found in many other cities.  Mukilteo homes range from 100-years-old to brand-new, and the styles vary accordingly.   Charming cottages from the early 1900's can be found in several neighborhoods, and modern Mukilteo homes boasting a plethora of windows, decks, and open space are being constructed on large lots both on and away from the waterfront.   Buyers can find just about any trait in a Mukilteo home - large or small, sunlit or shady, away from neighbors or in developed communities.

Mukilteo homes are rare finds in Western Washington, as beautiful homes in desirable communities at affordable prices are becoming increasingly hard to come by.  To learn more about the highly sought-after Mukilteo real estate, contact the Home4Investment team today.  If you would like to learn about other exciting markets explore Bellingham Real Estate

Mukilteo Condominiums

Mukilteo condominiums defy all stereotypes of multi-family housing.  Far more spacious and luxurious than the typical condo, Mukilteo condominiums attract retirees, families, and residents looking for high-end living rather than buyers simply seeking a starter home.

Many Mukilteo condominiums boast waterfront views and direct beach access.  Living room windows look out onto sparkling Puget Sound, the lights of Whidbey Island, and the colorful sunsets.  Residents are just a quick stroll to their complex's private dock or park, oftentimes including barbecue pits and lush lawns.   These amenities provide residents of waterfront Mukilteo condominiums with far more than they could hope to have in a single-family home, while often sacrificing nothing else but a few non-shared walls.

Other Mukilteo condominiums are built further from the waterfront, but boast similar views.  Even those that don't are reminded of the nearby coast by the sea air and frequent public gatherings at waterfront parks, especially near the local lighthouse.   No matter where they're located, residents of Mukilteo condominiums can always be part of a close, friendly community.  Though the city has 19,000 residents, it has a warm, inviting small-town atmosphere.   Mukilteo condominiums exemplify this with the communal sharing of public spaces and community gatherings.

Unlike condos in other cities, Mukilteo condominiums are spacious enough to accommodate more than couples or single residents.   With some units at nearly 2,000 square feet, entire families have room to live comfortably.  The excellent Mukilteo schools, recreational activities (including sports and arts programs), and community gatherings such as the farmer's market and public concerts make the town a perfect place to raise children.

The laid-back, peaceful attitude of the city makes these very same Mukilteo condominiums fit for retirees, as well.   Many retired residents make their home near the classy Harbor Pointe Golf Club.  Not only does this location promise quick access to recreation, it ensures peace, quiet, and a beautiful "lawn" that residents don't have to spend a minute maintaining.   Plus, it's still just minutes away from the excitement of downtown Mukilteo.

Designated by BusinessWeek as one of the 25 Best Affordable Suburbs, buyers should have no problem finding a Mukilteo real estate that fits their price range.   Starting in the low-$200,000's, these homes are some of the most affordable - and desirable - units in the region.  To learn more about them, contact the Home4Investment real estate team today.  If you would like to learn about other exciting markets explore Bellingham Real Estate

Granite Falls Homes

Granite Falls homes, just minutes from Everett, offer delightful, country lifestyles at affordable prices.  From farmhouses to friendly, organized neighborhoods, Granite Falls homes come in a variety of styles.

Many residents are drawn to the spaciousness of Granite Falls homes, both of the buildings and the land.  Unlike the denser towns directly off Interstate 5, Granite Falls has acres and acres of undeveloped property.  Thus, even brand-new Granite Falls homes can be found on enormous lots, an extremely rare feature in other cities in the region.   Some residents use this property for farming or other business purposes, while others simply enjoy the privacy and quiet it provides.

Granite Falls homes also have the luxury of being surrounded by one of the most beautiful environments in the Pacific Northwest.   The Stillaguamish River is a favorite fishing spot for many, and the nearby hills draw hikers from all over Washington.  Residents of Granite Falls homes take full advantage of this gorgeous environment.   Some spend entire evenings watching wildlife from their back porch, and nature-savvy residents can live off their own property.

Despite its tranquil, natural setting, Granite Falls is close to many jobs and services.  Only 20 minutes from bustling Everett, hundreds of Granite Falls residents drive the quick journey to the city everyday to work at Boeing or any of the other thousands of jobs.  Non-commuters, too, enjoy the close proximity to Everett.  Residents of Granite Falls homes can enjoy all the benefits of Everett's exciting activities including Silvertips hockey games, concerts at the Everett Events Center, or its numerous restaurants.

Surprisingly, Granite Falls homes are quite affordable.  The average Granite Falls home typically costs somewhere in the high-$200,000's, though smart buyers can find even better deals.   (Compare this to nearby Arlington with a median price of $375,000.)  Price is largely based on the size and age of the Granite Falls home, leaving buyers with many choices.   Founded in 1903, charming, historic homes over a century-old still stand, though most Granite Falls homes were constructed in just the past few decades.

To learn more about these wonderful, magnificently-priced Granite Falls real estate, contact the Home4Investment team today.  If you would like to learn about other exciting markets explore Bellingham Real Estate
